My site and/or email service is down

If you believe that your website or email service is down, please go through the following checklist. Failing that, feel free to contact us by our support channels.

Check that your site is actually down

Please visit our website troubleshooter and enter your website URL to see whether your site can be accessed externally.

If your email is inaccessible, you may use our email troubleshooter.

Check that you have not been blocked by the firewall

Occasionally users get blocked for repeated failed logins to our cPanel, FTP and email services. Please visit our status website and ensure that the following message is not present:

If it is present, please request to be unblocked via the link. This process will take up to 5 minutes to take effect.

Check that no outages are underway

You can find this under ‘Advisories’ on our status website or on our Twitter feed.
